MortgageHQ formally launched in 2023, but the experience behind it stretches back to 2001. Our principal team has been arranging finance for Australian families, business owners and investors since the early 2000s — through booms, corrections, the GFC, the post-COVID rate environment and everything in between.
That depth of experience is hard to replicate. We've seen what good lending structure looks like across multiple cycles, and we've watched what happens to borrowers when the structure was wrong. That memory shapes every recommendation we make.
Since 2008, our focus has been almost entirely on mortgage and property finance — residential, commercial, investment and SMSF — giving us the kind of depth in a single discipline that you can only build over many thousands of transactions.
